Many people in Bat Yam are looking to the future with concern and sadness. Numerous homes were destroyed in the devastating rocket attack from Iran in June this year. Many families have lost their homes, their possessions, and their security. As a lodge, we have the opportunity—and also the responsibility—to show our solidarity. We are therefore calling for donations to support a specific project run by our lodge in Bat Yam.

On 28 August 2024, the symposium of the B'nai B'rith Frankfurt Schönstädt Lodge took place, an event that brought together members of the lodges from Europe and America. The day began with an impressive visit to the exile archive of the German National Library. Under expert guidance, the participants were given an insight into the treasures of the archive, which documents the eventful history of people who were forced to leave their homeland.
